证监会于8月7日发布公募REITs基金指引 开启万亿级市场

公募基金行业将迎来一个划时代的新产品。证监会于8月7日发布《公开募集基础设施证券投资基金指引(试行)》(以下简称《指引》)，这意味着公募REITs产品即将问世。
参考REITs发源地美国市场规模及GDP规模占比推算，中国公募REITs市场规模可达到6万亿人民币
所谓REITs，是Real Estate Investment Trusts的缩写，即不动产投资信托基金。公募REITs自上个世纪60年代在美国推出以来，已有40多个国家(地区)发行了该类产品，其投资领域由最初的房地产拓宽到酒店商场、工业地产、基础设施等，已成为专门投资不动产的成熟金融产品。
