台积电将于 2022 年下半年大规模生产 3 纳米芯片

据 Digitimes，台积电 3 纳米芯片将于 2022 年下半年开始量产，单月产能 5.5 万片起。
今年 10 月的业绩发布会上，台积电曾表示，3 纳米制程芯片将会在 2022 年应用于智能手机和高性能计算机平台上。
另外今年 9 月有报道称，台积电在 2 纳米半导体制造节点的研发方面取得了重要突破，有望在 2023 年中期进入 2 纳米工艺的试生产阶段，并于一年后开始批量生产。
